Anniversary year! 5 years!!
Get excited for this years Odin Race - the Anniversity year where we will turn up the volume, the theme, the obstacles and the atmosphere!! It will be a very special year, a very special race and a very fantastic event.

In the spirit of Odín who embraches Odense makes us go on a journey through Norse Mythology and meet obstacles which tells us about myths and sagas.
We are traveling throu Asgard, Midgard and Utgard with over 25 obstacles. Fight throu Ragnarok! We will be challenged by Vikings and Valkyries till we arrive at Valhallas gate and get invited into Odins Hall. Along the route Odin has invited Thor, Freja and Loke in, where you will meet new challenges. 

🏃OCR race / Obstacle race🏃
Odin Race is 5K obstacle race which starts and ends in Odins Odense Jernalderlandsbyen in the northern part of Odense, Denmark. The route goes throw Næsby Ådal and Stavis Åen - through woods and rivers in a fantastic area with altitude. We are going throu a lake and there will be alternative route for non swimmers.

💥Valhalla Race City💥
The race is in and around Odins Odense Iron Village and you ticket gives free entrance to experience the village.
While Odins Odense Iron Village is a museum it requires an entrance ticket. Therefor your ticket also includes 2 free entrance tickets to bring family and friends into to museum. If you have more than 2 guests we provide a special offer for more tickets. When you arrive to Odin Race your guests have to go to the shop and provide the staff with your name (participants name) and how many tickets they want. 

So bring the family along to Valhalla Race City and see the participants run into Odins Hall. Buy food and drinks and see what else the Iron Village have to offer. There are activities for kids and adults. Myth tellings, mead tastings and  ancient games are some of the things you might experience.

Who can participate?
Kids from 6 years old can participate with an adult (also participant).
Everyone under the age of 18 has to have an approval or participate with a parent/adult.
Elite M/F (M/K) from 15 years old and Elite Junior M/F (M/K) from 13 years old.

⚔️Heats⚔️
Elite is the competition race decided into categories of (M) male (K) female (Junior M) junior male og (Junior K) Junior female. There are winning prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each category. You get an elite bracelet and have to complete all obstacles and race in the fastes time.  
There are 30 participants in each category. 
Elite briefing is at 11:00AM

Open is for kids and adults. Teams, groups and families registers the wanted heat, where there are room for everyone. Maximum 20 people in each heat. If you have around 20 participants in your group, you can get your own heat.

Parking on the left side of Store Klaus. Please consider the residents around the streets and obey generel parking rules.

🔥Programme🔥
We want to give the elite athletes more attention and audience, so this year Elite will not be the first to run (as they are use to). This also means that heat at 10.45-11.00AM need to be aware and step aside to give space for Elite to pass first. Elite can not be slowed down by Open as this can affect the competition.

Toilets and changing rooms
There are toilets at Odins Odense Iron Village and changing room are outside booths. There are no shower facilities.
