1:00 PM	Obstacle technique 1 (“Motor rummet” and Outdoor obstacle facility)
2:00 PM	Weight training for obstacles (“Motor rummet”, Inside facility)
3:00 PM	Refreshment brake
3:30 PM	Warmup and run to the beach and Kastrup Fort
4:30 PM	Coaching expectations & requirements
5:00 PM	Open questions & answers
6:00 PM	OCR specific workout (“Syrefabrikken”, Indoor facilities)
7:00 PM	END of day 1. Optional social hour
Saturday 9th of March – Day 2
9:00 AM	Review of Day 1, Q & A panel
10:00 AM	Running skills and technique
11:00 AM	Nutrition
12:00 PM	Lunch
1:00 PM	Aerobic development
2:00 PM	Obstacle Techniques 2 (outdoor facilities)
3:00 PM	Obstacle Race Simulation (outdoor facilities)
3:40 PM	Refreshment break
4:00 PM	Weight training 2 (Motorrummet, indoor facilities)
5:00 PM	Mobility and injury treatment (Motorrummet, indoor facilities)
6:00 PM	OCR class, teaching practice and evaluation (All facilities)
8:00 PM	End of day 2 – (Open Q & A)
Sunday 10th of March – Day 3
8:00 AM	Review of Day 2 Q & A panel Discussion.
9:00 AM	Injury evaluation and treatment (Syrefabrikken, indoor facilities)
10:00 AM	Final outdoor facility or running class
11:00 AM	Course evaluations and final paperwork
12:00 PM	Final wrap up and presentations
1:00 PM	End course
