SAYSKY COP RUN is back again this year with two of our favourite locations in Denmark: Sankt Jørgens Sø in Copenhagen and Botanisk Have in Aarhus. Indeed, these are two very different race experiences, however, they do have one thing in common - high intensity, all out efforts and red zone running.

Race Format
Three people on a team, 15x1000m, a hectic transition zone and loud music to keep you going. This is training made fun. This is SAYSKY COP RUN.

You'll be treated with complimentary nutrition from Vitamin Well and Clif Bars.

You can sign up in one of the following categories: Men / Women / Mix. We have prizes for the three best teams in each category.
