LINAK Nordborg Marathon August 28th 2021

We invite all members of the LINAK Group LINAK Nordborg Marathon invites all employees in the LINAK group to join our 2021 edition of LINAK Nordborg Marathon.

LINAK A/S has been our main sponsor since 2016, and is a very big part of our success. We hope that you will join the event once again. Our event takes place in the beautiful nature on the island Als in the southern part of Denmark, and this year You will have two options for participation:

• Running virtual like the event in 2020 or,
• Join us in the live physical event on August 28.

We hope You will share this day with us as many people as possible all around the world. Even though Nordborg is a small town, this event has always brought people together and exactly that is what we’re hoping to do again this year. When participating in the virtual run, it is up to you whether you would like to begin your run from home or in the local park with a few friends and colleagues.

For the physical race, you run (or walk) together with all the other participants on location and the same routes in Nordborg under the same circumstances as the others. Meaning you can actually win one of the physical distances. You can choose between the following routes (walk or run):

• 1/1 marathon – (42,2 km)
• 1/2 marathon – (21,1 km)
• 1/4 marathon – (10 km)
• 1/8 marathon – (5 km)

This is what you will get

• A day where we celebrate each other live and virtual all around the world
• Start card
• A diploma that you can print at home
• Our medal (limited edition)

Start card, diploma and medal
For the virtual event You will receive an email a week before the event containing a link, where you can print your start card and enter your results when you have finished your run. You can also print your diploma if you wish. Your medal will be mailed to You.

Start card for the physical event can be picked up on the day of the event. When You finish the run You receive your medal.

The registration deadline is August 1st 2021.

Winner 
Among all LINAK employees (both virtual and physical) a winner per route will be found internally. 
Among all those participating physical a winner will befound between all those attending the physical race.
